Blue60 Products
The products manufactured by Blue60 are designed and rigorously tested to provide passive fire resistance to meet and comply with fire and safety standards and international engineering assessments.
The Blue60 fire rated expanding foam is formulated to work seamlessly with their fire rated packers, requiring no additional mastics or sealants saving you time, labour and costs. Our 750ml fire rated expanding foam has been tested across full size single and double doorsets of different types with gaps between 7mm and 30mm, providing up to 60 minutes of proven passive fire and smoke protection. The expanding foam also provides excellent acoustic performance up to 43dB.
The Blue60 fire rated packers are manufactured from high density, fire resistant material and designed to work with and compliment the Blue60 fire rated expanding foam. The packers are fitted to the door frame positioning to ensure fire integrity of the wall and strengthen the passive fire protection around doorsets.
Together both fire rated packers and fire rated expanding foams from Blue60 are tested to perform under extreme heat from fire, smoke and hot gasses and provide passive protection for up to 60 minutes. Easy to install and fully compliant, it’s a reliable choice.
