Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders received before 2pm on the day of receiving the order for delivery the next working day (Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on the Monday if received before 2pm). Please note that once the order has been received by the courier the goods are then out of our control.

Returns & Refund Policy

  • Trade Customers

Noberne Seals Ltd supplies products primarily to trade customers. As such, the Consumer Contracts Regulations (14-day cooling off period) do not automatically apply to business purchases.

All returns are therefore subject to approval by Noberne Seals Ltd.

  • Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If goods arrive damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please email sales@noberneseals.com with:

    1. Customer name
    2. Order number
    3. Date order received
    4. Product
    5. Description of the issue
    6. Photographs where possible

We will arrange replacement, credit, or refund where appropriate.

  • Return Requests

If you wish to return goods ordered in error, you must request authorisation within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must:

    1. Be unused
    2. Be in original packaging
    3. Be in resaleable condition

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

  • Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

    1. Cut-to-length products
    2. Special order or non-stock items
    3. Products modified to customer specification
    4. Items that have been installed or used
  • Restocking Charges

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the product value.

This covers handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.

  • Return Shipping

Unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied:

    1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
    2. Goods must be adequately packaged

We recommend using a tracked courier service.

  • Refunds & Credits

Once returned goods are received and inspected:

    1. Refunds or account credits will normally be processed within 5–7 working days
    2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or credited to the trade account
  • Liability

Noberne Seals Ltd cannot accept liability for:

    1. Labour costs associated with installation or removal
    2. Consequential losses arising from product use
    3. Damage caused by incorrect installation or handling
  • Return address
