Our range of fire rated foams are designed to a provide up to 2 hours of fire resistance, an ideal solution for sealing gaps around fire doors, service penetrations and window frames. Both Blue 60 Fire Foam and Pyroplex Pink Foam offer a high-quality, fire-resistant barrier to enable enough time for emergency response and evacuation procedures.
Expanding Foam Passive Protection
At Noberne our collection of fire rated foams features intumescent materials which expand further under heat to block fire, smoke, and hot gasses. These foams are easy to apply with a nozzle gun and can be trimmed once dried out for a neat finish. Passive protection is a crucial aspect of health and safety for the people on site and the assets on site, allowing enough time for an emergency response.
Applications of Fire Rated Foams
The fire rated expanding foams can be used in both new builds and retrofits to upgrade or restore fire integrity around either fire door or structural gaps. We recommend applying fire rated foams to wall joints, small gaps around pipework and other hard to reach areas where traditional fire seals are unable to be installed.
