Our range of fire and smoke seals offer high performance in passive fire protection. Each fire and smoke seal contains intumescent material with a brush stirp to seal the gap and create a barrier to block both hot flames and smoke.

Fire Ratings of 30-60 Minutes

All our range of fire and smoke seals are available with 30 or 60-minute fire ratings in various profiles to suit different fire door configurations, they help your business ensure compliance while maintaining and improving the integrity of the fire door assembly.  

Intumescent Material 

The intumescent material in our fire and smoke seals rapidly expand to seal gaps around the fire door while combining with the integrated brush stirp to prevent hot flames, smoke, and hot gasses from spreading through to your building. The gaps being sealed by this formed barrier creates enough time for evacuation and emergency response preventing fire related injuries. The foam within the intumescent material by withstanding either 60 or 30 minutes of fire can also minimise material damage to the building.  

Rigorously Tested for Various Applications
