Glazing Seals & Kits

Our wide range of fire rated glazing seals and kits from major manufacturers including Pyroplex, Lorient, Hodgson Sealants and Seamaster are fire rated  between 30-60 minutes. This means they can withstand extreme heat, flames, and smoke during this time period to prevent the spread of fire throughout the building.

Glazing Seals & Gaskets Protection

The critical first line of fire resistance is formed  by glazing seals and glazing gaskets, which expand under heat to block flames, smoke, and hot gasses. The intumescent glazing seals provide highly effective edge sealing and glazing gaskets provide long-lasting compression with the glazing seals.

Durable Glazing Systems

Glazing systems are engineered to meet 30 and 60-minute fire resistance capabilities and requirements. The glazing systems are designed for timber fire doors, glazed screens, and steel framed systems, thus providing exceptional protection.

Secure Fit with Glazing Tapes

Our glazing tapes are great for use in environments that have high exposure to moisture and designed especially for use on glass only. Glazing tape has an exposed adhesive side, which is specifically designed to securely stick to window and glazing bead. Using special adhesive glazing tapes which are designed for use on just glass or frames offers a much more secure fit than those which a designed for a range of different surfaces.

Effective Glazing Channels

Our range of glazing channels secure the glass while maintaining sightline and hiding internal seals. Commonly provided as U shape intumescent or PVC profiles the glazing channels integrate both structure with the glass and fire resistance performance of up to 60 minutes.

High performing Glazing Liners

Our collection of glazing liners provides a high performance flexible and self-adhesive intumescent seals designed for fire protection. A robust glazing liner expands way beyond its original thickness when exposed to extreme heat to create a microporous layer to prevent flames, smoke, and hot gasses from spreading. Glazing liners are also resistant to moisture and carbon dioxide.
