Glazing Gaskets/Channels
Fire rated glazing gaskets provide passive fire protection by securing the glass in position under extreme heat and structural stress, and sealing joints and gaps to restrict fire spread. Preventing the passage of flames, smoke, and hot gasses through between the glass and frame is crucial to enabling enough time for evacuation and to reduce the spread to assets in the building.
Integration with Glazing Systems
Designed to be fire resistant independently but also combined with glazing channels, glazing seals, glazing tape, and glazing systems; our fire rated glazing gaskets meet fire safety standards and building regulations. The fire-rated glazing gaskets are made from materials incorporating intumescent layer to create an airtight, fire-resistant barrier and to preserve our glazing systems to be fire rated.
Tested in Extreme Conditions
We thoroughly test our glazing gaskets and our wider range of glazing system products, so they are engineered to retain performance in extreme temperatures and environmental exposure. Its important to remember that the performance of glazing systems depend not only on the glass but on the quality and condition of fire rated glazing gaskets.
