All ironmongery installed on a fire door must be fitted without compromising the integrity of the complete fire door assembly. This is particularly important where ironmongery is rebated into the door set, such as hinges, locks, latches and concealed door closers.
FlexiFire is an ultra-thin and flexible, high performance intumescent sheet. At 0.8mm thick, Flexifire offers high levels of expansion and insulation preventing heat transfer on ironmongery rebated into timber door sets.
FlexiFire is suitable for both 30 and 60 minute applications. Installation requires minimal rebating, a real advantage in timber door sets.
Our Hinge pads are available in 100x31x0.8mm in radius or square with or without self-adhesive in boxes of 300.
