A popular, medium duty, acoustic and smoke perimeter seal; which minimises the opening and closing resistance of the door leaf due to its unique, curved fin.
Flexible elastomeric fin material springs back to original shape to provide ongoing performance and durability in service.
They can be fitted with minimal disruption to the door assembly.

Perimeter Seals are sealing solutions designed to create a an airtight fire resistant barrier around the edges and perimeter of fire doors, regular doors, joints and openings. Perimeter seals prevent passage of water, fire and smoke through gaps.
Perimeter Seals can typically last 10 -15 years with annual inspections and maintenance.
