Raven RP62 Finger Guard

Protect fingers from becoming trapped in the hinge gap of doors with the Raven RP62 Finger Guard. Designed for commercial, educational, healthcare and public buildings, the RP62 provides an effective safety barrier that helps reduce the risk of finger injuries without affecting normal door operation.

Manufactured from a durable anodised aluminium carrier with a flexible black EPDM rubber insert, the RP62 is fitted to both the door and frame on the hinge side. It is suitable for butt-hinged and centre pivot doors with opening angles up to 180°, and can also be used to protect the hinge-barrel side of the door where dimensions allow.

For optimum protection, the finger guard should be installed over the full height of the door. Longer openings can be accommodated by neatly butt-jointing multiple lengths together. Independently tested to BS 8613:2017 Class 1, the RP62 is a reliable choice for environments where door safety is a priority.
