Perimeter seals are installed around the sides and top of a door to reduce air, sound, smoke, water, and light passage through the doors. With multiple performance requirements they are engineered for commercial use, which are perfect for all types of doors including fire rated doors. 

Door Bottom Sealing from Drop Down Seals

Our offering of drop-down seals for doors provides many benefits for your business requirements. Drop down seals create a tight seal at the bottom of the door without dragging on the floor when the door opens which enables them to provide passive protection from sound, air, water leakage, and fire and smoke.  

Stability & Sealing Support from Threshold Plates

Threshold plates improve accessibility, protect flooring, and assist with transitions between different floor levels and finishes. Threshold plates are mounted to the floor beneath the door and between the drop-down seals to help enhance and ensure consistent sealing performance. Threshold plates can also help prevent moisture and debris passing through.
