Pyroplex Products

Designed, manufactured and tested in-house to provide passive fire resistance, the Pyroplex product range is rigorously 3rd party certified to meet fire and safety standards to deliver the right level of protection.

Noberne supplies Pyroplex fire and smoke seals for use with door frames and fire rated doors which are available in a variety of sizes and colours. These seals provide reliable and high performance passive fire protection from flames, smoke and hot toxic gasses. The fire only product range is also highly rated at providing reliable fire resistance.

Noberne Seals also stocks Pyroplex glazing seals, designed and manufactured to protect the integrity of glazing partitions and screens with a fire rating of between 30-60 minutes. These seals can withstand extreme heat, flames and smoke during this time period to prevent the spread throughout the building.

Pyroplex intumescent pipe collars and intumescent pipe wraps provided by Noberne Seals are fire stopping solutions to prevent the spread of fire, smoke and hot gasses through plastic pipe and service penetrations where space and access may be limited. Both can achieve up to fire resistance of four hours to protect and maintain the surrounding structure.

The Air Transfer Grilles and Cover Plates supplied by Noberne Seals from Pyroplex provide up to 60 minutes of fire resistance and they are water resistant, robust and non flaking which means reliable performance without compromise.
